Try gas stations, there's always something to eat there. The breakfast stuff that you see in the morning is usually delivered after midnight 3-5am.

Shouldn't there be a common sense test for ppl applying for driving license. Most of the accidents or rather I should say crashes on Dubai roads are caused by stupidity.
