Buying a cat in Dubai

Anyone know any pet shop in dubai where I could buy a kitten? Alternatively, anyone know someone who has a litter of kittens they are giving away?

Thanks a bunch!

Thanks for the website!

Can't adopt a dog right now because my place is too small, so a kitten will do just fine for my gf, she loves them

I haven't had any luck with felinefriends as most of the cats they have are strays, and that's not really what I'm looking for.. Anyone know a pet shop where I can buy a small fluffy kitten? I'm not talking about a pure breed kitten that will cost over 1,000 dhs, a cat that looks like these: http://...

Of course Feline Friends cats are all strays. Most of them were already pets that were turffed out by their previous owners. I hope you will forgive me for not having your in-depth knowledge of the felinefriends organization, but as I have said before I am NOT looking for a stray. If all you want i...

Ludicrous?? All over the world people are creating a problem by buying the 'cute little fluffy kittens' that will one day grow up into 'boring old cats'. As opposed to street cats who grow up into 'exciting wild felines'? If you were trying to make a point here you have clearly failed. Its common k...

There's no fascination with Feline Friends, it's just I would rather see anwanted cat rehomed, than see money going towards breeders and pet shops who don't look after their animals properly. And I know this happens, because I make a point to look in the pet shops and tell people if their condition...

It's reported all the time, plus people write letters about it all the time. In Umm Sequim there's a big cat stealing problem. Everyone knows about it, so don't tell us we don't know what we're talking about. The only undeniable fact here is that until now you have failed to provide a single source...

Gosh darn it, and I was expecting it to fly off to Never Never Land and remain a kitten all it's life!

Like people hurling cats and dogs out of moving cars to watch them get run over - common thing here! I fail to see how me getting a european kitten has anything to do with these lunatics.. I just don't think animals should be based on looks, or breeds. Both my cat and dog are mixed this and that an...

I didn't say there was a difference when it came to kittens. But like it or not, there is a difference in the adults; although you admittedly have a point about Domestic cats going bananas. Still, its harder to tame a wild cat than it is to raise a domestic one, I believe. In either case - this sho...

They probably mean if it's out of stock, they will give it to you for free next time you come..

I can think of about 200 items on the top of my head that there's no way they could have in their store, I sure would like to get these for free!

Re: How to solve a problem

If you are sitting next to someone who irritates you on an airplane follow these instructions: 1. Quietly and calmly open up your laptop case. 2. Remove your laptop. 3. Start up your laptop. 4. Make sure the guy, who is annoying you, can see the screen. 5. Close your eyes and tilt your head up to t...

Nice! However the reality of that situation would be the, the passenger would freak out, cause mass panic onboard the aircraft. And you'd be arrested on landing for pretending to have a bomb. Easier to just put the headphones on real loud. Your sense of humor called, it wants you to take it back.. ...

btw, you could buy a laptop even if it comes pre-installed with Vista and reformat it using XP.

DU - .ae domain forwarding

So our website is currently hosted by the geniuses at DU which allow us to store a whopping 25MB of data and charge us a small fortune for it. On top of that they provide first class tech support with their agents getting baffled when I use obscure terms such as FTP, SSH or Apache. This results in m...

Unfortunately we can't control anything related to our website, let alone the DNS entries; this is one of the main reasons I want to switch hosts. The only thing we can do right now is connect via FTP to upload files.

Thanks for your replies guys!

The problem with Dubai is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

I'd say they are all common sense. Roundabouts are of course free-for-all. But one difference at least between USA and UAE is that you don't get pulled over for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign. You can actually fly through it if there are no oncoming cars. My bro ran into the back of a...
