Corcovado, I was appalled at the Press conference with Bush and Blair. With Bush saying that they want a democratic, sovereign state for Lebanon and that this is the only way to do it. You can never lose weight by onle exercising or only dieting. You have to reduce ur intake of fat and burn the ones u already have. So deiting has to be coupled with exercise( not necessarily heavy but some exercise). Also eating fruits once a day instead of a meal really helps!!!

One of the best places to jog is along the Al Seef road, lining the creek on the Bur Dubai side(starts from the Bur Juman signal till the Rulers court). Its very clean and green. Its about 3 kms. And u can find a lot of people walking (very few jog though) in the mornings and the evenings. I go ther...
