HI,
As of now I am on visit visa and I have been offered a job in Dubai Internet City. But the salary I they offered is not up to my expectation. My question is "If a start a job with this employer now", can I after few month switch to another employer in In Free zone? Will there be any ban? Or is there minimum number of months I have to work with the same employer before I can switch to another company?

Yes you can change the job after few months. AS you said if it is a Free zone company than there wont be any band. and meanwhile you can create your profie to different job portals such as http://www.wagib.com/job-seekers.

Switching between freezone to freezone company will not put any harm on you because in case of this type of visa the FREE Zone is your sponsar. In case of an LLC company yes there are consequences
