I am looking to hire a technical support engineer with around 2 years expereince (dont let that hinder you if you have less).

The profile of the person i am looking for would be someone who has worked in technical support role in a medium to large organization. supporting multiple platforms.

Your role will be to provide technical support for customers in Middle East, India and Africa. as well as international customers when needed. You will also have some limited pre-sales activities. Travel will be around 40% of the time.

Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but not necessary.
