A healthcare specialist with an architectural background is sought in Abu Dhabi, to lead a 200 bed hospital scheme in the region. You must have vast experience in the sector, ideally demonstrating specific contribution on multiple hospital projects. Skills of a good all rounder are essential - being able to client face, design, deliver and produce documentation for the project, as well as working closely with MEP consultants. This will be the first architectural appointment within the team, around which, an architectural division will be created. UAE experience is very desirable, and a 'can-do' attitude essential as this will be a very rewarding yet challending role suited to a driven and motivated senior individual. Finding the right person for this position is absolutely essential to ensuring not only the growth of, but also the success of, both the business and the architectural arm of the branch.
