Our Client wants to sell his existing business of Car Rental Business running for 8 months, He has 45 cars on rental and is going out contract basis regularly, He has his staff, and a good software system to track everything. He has a good manager who is taking care of his business, and he will also join who ever is taking over this business. He has 25 years of experience in this field, He will be a asset for the company.
The Entire investment will come nearly 3,300,000 AED.
900,000 AED to the investor and the 45 cars are in loan
The Entire amount paid as loan is 475,000 AED, The balance amount to be paid as loan will be 2,465,976 AED
The balance amount of loan can be transferred to any who takes this business or make a full payment to bank.
