I am looking for two investors to invest 300,000AED each. Total Needed is 600,000 AED. Guaranteed 25% pure profit to the investor every year.
I have a running business that is doing well. License is rented yearly. Investment money will be used for Government guarantee for the license, License fees, and more investment with suppliers to increase the profits by double in the next 12 months.

1. Signed contract with Notary Public
2. Minimum Investment Period 2 years
3. Should you require to pull out of the investment a period of 6 months will need to be given as notice period. Your full investment money will be given back in full along with any money owed to you as profits which will be calculated on a pro rata per month)
4. Should you want to renew the contract after 2 years, you are welcome to at the same rate of profits of 25%.
