Dear Team Members,
I am working in a Dubai zone company in limited contract, but i have been better offer in other dubai zone company. I have resigned and instead of working 45 days i have requested my company to deduct my current month salary and leave salary. But they are planning to impose a 1 year BAN for me because of breaking the contract. Actually i have completed 1 contract and renewed once in 2013 April. After renewal i worked 1 year in this company. Please advise me in this concern.
