Dear Sir,
I am working in a private company in Dubai.
My employment is permanent and my visa is issued for 2 years. I have finished only 1 year of service, but I got an offer with another company.
I understand that the new company is not a free zone company and I am liable for ban. How much would be the ban amount I need to pay.
Secondly I do not see any clause that I need to pay money to my employer if I resign prematurely. However are there any chances that my employer will fine me, and if so on what basis.
Your timely advise will be highly appreciated.
