please advice me

i join new company but my old visa couldn't completed 3 months remaining. my old sponsor refused to cancel my visa and new company owner thred me if i not join his company he will case me because i signed the agreement . my question is that my new sponsor can case me or not ? or if i complete my visa what procedure to apply cancellation? please tell me advice what should i do ?
