Hello Sir Zayed,
Actually I have been recently filed case as a runaway from my old company which is false. I am living in Dubai with my wife who was under my visa( husband's visa). I was overstaying due in UAE because my passport was expiring and I loose my new job as well. When I was about to exit the country in November 18th for my passport renewal, the immigration of the airport told me I cant exit until and unless my wife's visa status doesnt change. So I had to overstay for a month again and I also informed my company and when I tried exiting to my country again in December 31st, the immigration at the airport told me My old company has blocked me and filed a case as runaway.
Now the PRO and the HR of my old company tells me to go Al Aweer immigration where the immigration told me to bring a letter from my company but when I informed my company about the letter, they refused to issue one. They are sending me to Al Jafiliya immigration and Al Aweer Immigration back and forth. They also told me to surrender myself and submit my passport to the immigration which I did but the immigration refused to accept my passport and still asking for a letter from my old company.
I did not commit any crime. I was just following the rules and regulations of UAE immigration law but I am being treated as a criminal right now. They PRO of my company told me to pay the overstay fines and UAE will deport me and put me a lifetime ban. Is it fair? I was only following the rules. Please help me out because my family's future depends on this.

Hi zayed! I am working in a conpany in ajman for last 4 year, now i want to resign because i want to start my own bussiness, but when i informed my sponsor that i want to resign, he said if u resign "we will make u blacklist in all gulf countries".
