Can i change visit visa in to employee visa ?

Hi there, i came here in Dubai 3 month a go on long term Visit visa and one week a go i got a job but my visa will expire in 3 days. The company told me that the visa take 2 weeks to process, so can i pay overstayed fee and then can i easily change visit visa in to employee visa ? what are the immigration issues on this kind of case? please i really need help please. Thank you in advance.
