US President Barack Obama on Sunday defended Israel's air strikes
He said `Israel has the right to defend itself in Gaza conflict`
Mr Obama said Palestinians will have no chance to pursue their own state and a lasting peace with Israel as long as rockets are fired into Israel.

If the residents of the Gaza strip didn't fire rockets into Israel, then Israel wouldn't retaliate. It seems a pretty simple solution to me. Israel retains the right to defend it's people.

There are unnecessary deaths on both sides.

An Israeli Arab was killed today by Hamas rockets in Israel. Hamas shoots rockets indiscriminately at Israeli civilians. Israel defends its citizens regardless of religion, creed and race. Israel does its very best to minimize civilians casualties in Gaza, while Hamas does its very best to maximize civilian casualties in Israel, and even amongst their own by hiding in civilian neighborhoods.

Millions of arabs who perished under American-Israeli aggression and now they are talking about defending theirselves. Defending aigainst who? Their nation is build through a process of genocide and ethnic cleansing as the United States and Israel. So the value of mass murder is to their heritage. Our heroes are not Indian-killing cowboys, or criminals like Begin, Shamir and Sharon. After 50 years of American-Israelie agression would a Palestinian think 'let them feel one day what we were feeling for half a century because of them". The so calles UN-resolutions never worked out to save palestinian rights. So I think it's time to take your own right as a Palestinian citizen.

Pity no reactions from arab countries compared to every western country

To protect yourself and to demolished someone is two different things. I am not sure they are trying to remove Palestine from world map as well.....
