when i came here to dubai , i really hated the fact that the proxy here unblock alot of content even those which got nothing to do with any pornographics or whatsoever, even the Skype ...

download the free " Hotspot shield " software, Googling it on Google is the best way to find it , it changes ur IP Adress to another IP form a different country.

once you have installed it, u gonna find a red small mark on the taskbar, right click on it, and choose " Connect " its gonna open a internet explorer page with some " connecting " yellow words, now wait untill its green with " Connected " word, then ..........ur all set ! have fun!!!

Hotspot shield is ok, but very slow, remember that all traffic is routed through hot spot shield once you are connected. Hot spot shield provides you with an american IP address which not only lifts restrictions imposed by your ISP or the government but also grants you access to USA only services such as video streaming, hulu etc.. But as I said hot spot shield can be rather slow, there are better solutions out there but those are not free...

I have excellent experinces with Witopia, use it for many years now. The cost is 69$ per year, wich you may think is expensive, but not for what you get. You can connect to via VPN to the internet in many countries (drop down list), and it allows 3 devices. Its fast, no problems with video streaming at all.

hotspot Elite is a Good One with an Annual Plan of 25$ and it supports upto five units at a time.
