Hi again,

I have a question,

Can I have a home server while using my current etisalat Internet connection (dynamic IP) without getting a static IP and without using Dynamic DNS?

Yes, but how would you reach your server when your IP Address changes? On every reboot of your Modem/Router or lease period of your assigned IP, your IP would be changed. Unless you are constantly aware of your current IP, the other way out would be DynDNS
