Yes its another one of those posts but really hoping you can help me out.

Have an offer to work in the UAE and just really want to know what I should be expecting from a "good employment offer"..... should it include housing allowance, flights, health care, etc?

The cost of living seems to be growing quickly in dubai would 22000AED a month be enough to live in a 3 bed villa, within a decent area, and support a family?

Where are you moving from Pablo, how many children and which ages?

we could help you , but could you please be a bit more specific as too whether the 22k includes housing allowance etc.

If not then i would say you would struggle depending on where you would live in terms of rent.
