are there any calling cards available that will permit me to make frequent calls to the united states from dubai?

You can load up your Phone with cards purchased from Etisalat or Du, whichever one you have and you can call as frequently as your money allows you to call.

he meant a calling card system sage to overide DU and Etisucksalot
