Dubai - Where To Live?

Hello, my family and I are possibly moving to Dubai in the Spring, we are mid 30's and our children are aged 4 and 5. I would love some area recommendations and also a rental price guide for any recommended areas. Obviously we are looking for somewhere safe and clean, property wise either an apartment or villa with 3 bedrooms and a swimming pool. Thank you in advance!

It will depend a lot on your budget.
But allow for a minimum of about 150k per year for a small 3 bed villa.
