You can ask for adding UAE Football League or any other arab soccer leagues like Saudi League to be in next version of FIFA 11, a football video game from EA Sports.

The site FIFPlay is there to get suggestions and ideas from gamers all around the world for FIFA 11.
It would be a good idea to have UAE League and all its teams playable in a football computer game like FIFA 2011.
If the demand goes high and so many people ask for this league at FIFPlay, EA will try to get license and will add it to the game.
