Hey HP, that's not funny. Us girls have hormonal things to deal with ya know, as a bloke you couldn't possibly understand.

choco, I have been thru this before, well it is simple !!
take 2 - 3 days off work (if u r working)
the first day be as lazy as u can, stay at home, watch TV, order take outs
the second day go to a Spa or a health club, spend almost the day there, work out a little, Jacuzi stuff , u know !! and after u finish go out to a mall or something !!
third day, the magic should work, u r back to normal !!
