School Kids Earning Pocket Money?

Anyone knows if you can hire school kids to do part time / odd jobs in the office in this country. For paper filing, shreding, moving boxes, etc. If yes, what is the hourly rate?

i was only using that a starting guide for negotiation, i will goto 40k plus 175k housing, plus any car of their choice and 3 flights home a year and finally a guaranteed increase annually to be no less than 10%
