Online Shop Apr 28, 2006
I am going to start an online shop website. Does any body have an idea about the best method of online payment in UAE ?

I mean, which service provider or bank or financial institute in UAE is curently giving online payment facilities to be included in a website ?

Regards.

Maybe you can check some other online shops in the UAE and see what they are using.

I have found some online shops but many of them are managed from out of UAE, like, UK and they are using facilities in UK.

However, I have checked many international services but they do not work with UAE. Paypal, 2CO, CCNOW.

Could any body help ?

I set up a site with 2CO here. It seems to work fine.

worldpay and stormpay might be worth checking.

You can't get Paypal account from here I think because the Central Bank views it as an online bank and they don't have a licence to operate in the UAE.

Etisalat/EIM has some payment systems.
