no as i read abut it ..it will be a tax but not direct on the salary
its called: ADDITIONAL TAX or SALES TAX

which is 3 to 5% additional on everything you buy ((not yet decided 3 or 5%))
like you are going to buy X or Y for 100 dirham so you will find it 103 or 105
and the trader or the shop will give it to the gov. in the end of the year

and it will be returned to the turists wen while they are leaving uae in the air port
and its plicable on all the emirates not only dubai
