I guess people got tired of taking out mortgages on off-plan properties that are no longer in existence, while still paying the banks cause the banks don't care to re-finance, and then being taken to jail because poor guy's checks bounced.

But yeah Cityscape! YEAH! come here to speak to one of our airhead models, who knows nothing whatsoever, and sign your life away on another contract of a picture with a skyscraper in the middle of the desert.

Yes, they even changed the name, Dubai is bad name in real estate business, so they hide it, but it fools no one. What idiot is going to invest there.
