I am of British nationality and am relatively new to the UAE and Dubai. Dubai is a beautiful place which has nearly everything but there is one thing missing. If this city is to suceed as it so obviously wants to its needs to keep developing with the times. I have a plan, which I have already spoken about to various businesses within the Dubai area and they are keen to come on board with this exciting venture. However a private investor is required to keep the plan independent and there fore more profitable. This plan requires little investment but projected returns even over a twenty four period are massive.

hi sheikh here is a piece of advice for you.when you are starting a new bussines you must have a sound plan (the cost,customer reach,marketing etcetc,)but most important is you must know what you want to achieve by setting up your own bussines.(unfortunatly many people fail in new bussines ´cause they do not have a game plan).now real estate investment is always a ggod investment however returns are gonna be very slow and you do not want to get in to the real estate when the prices are at their top. if you are looking to do an investment after the real estate boom it is always good get in to the catering or real entertainment bussiness.(why not open a nite club or take a franchising of famous club in europe which i am sure they will be happily give you the know how of the clubbing industry with no charge at all ie.Pacha-amnesia-space)because there was a boom in the real estate industry surely most of the people arriving would be foreigners and they will be morethan happy to go and spend their money other than a bar in the hotel)well only problem in this is you have to be able to get license also it is always quite a big investment.if you wanna have more info let me know?

I suggest you to be a FOREX trading agency in Dubai. What you need to do is:

1) Provide an office in Dubai with around 2000 to 4000 scale feet.
2) Office furniture for 10 marketing staff, 2 marketing manager, and 1 dealer or accounts staff.
3) 4 set of computers to be use for on-line trading.
4) 5 telephone line.
5) Some stationary.

We will provide you 2 to 3 experience marketing and technical persons to help you to set up the whole operation in your office. For our experience in this line, we can estimate to generate about USD15,000.00 to USD30,000.00 a month starting from the third month. We only need about 2 to 3 months to develop the operation. We knowing that few company has been operate in Dubai now. And they doing good business now. From the business, we suggest to charges you a consultant fee of 25% from your third month business income.
