2-bed villa required Jun 06, 2011
Hi all,

I know this post is little premature but I'm moving out of my villa in Springs end of September as landlord not prepared to renegotiate and have seen villas same size in same area 13k cheaper. Would prefer to bypass agents and deal with landlords directly.

Does anyone know of any properties due to become vacant beginning of October.

All replies greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

You might want to tell your landlord he can expect his villa to stay empty for a long time then! Prices in the Springs are still coming down. Last year we paid 150,000Dhs for a 3 bed, this year we expect to renew for just over 100,000 Dhs!

Just go for a drive round, there are loads empty. Also check dubizzle.

Well then simply tell your land lord to stuff it.
