Studio Apartment to share ??? Anyone ??? Aug 27, 2007
We bachelors are facing a major accommodation problem, here in Dubai.
Living on a bed-space basis along with 10 - 20 persons in one room, etc.
Perhaps, even shifting from one place to another.

If you are facing this problem, like me, then read on ...

I, myself, I am a bachelor (Indian), and presently living on bed-space in Frij Murar, and looking to end the problem for once.

There are studio apartments available in Frij Murar and Al Baraha, for 3000 Dhs, monthly basis (thru registered real estate companies).

Which means to occupy the flat, is as follows :-

Deposit Dhs 2000
1 mth rent Dhs 3000

Commission to real
estate agent Dhs 2000

Every month DEWA to be paid as per bill.

Therefore, to occupy the studio flat, we need Dhs 7000 in 1 shot.

If, a total of 4 like-minded bachelors join hands to take up a studio apartment, that would mean Dhs 1750 per head, to take up the apartment.
Thereafter it would be rent of Dhs 750 per month plus DEWA bill divided among 4 of us.

So, I am looking out for 3 bachelors, who want to join , and then 4 of us take up a studio apartment.

But, no South Indians please (no Malayalees / no Tamilians).
Only, North Indians, respond , please.
Only those with work permits and with a stable jobs, respond.
