Are you seriously out of your mind! Haven't you noticed that there's an ecenomic crisis going on? Those are ridiculous prices! Greedy landlords are going to have to realise that!

You are correct, these are difficult times. Yet I don't believe the landlords are greedy in this specific situation. Please consider why:

1) All three flats are greatly larger than the average 2 bed (ie. 1751 sq. ft.-1926 sq.ft.-2044 sq. ft.).

2) All three flats come with good sized maids rooms (with attached bathrooms).

3) They are also willing to negotiate the rental amount & the number of cheques.

Cut 50% and make monthly payments... than there might be the chance to get rid of it

everyhting just a matter of the price

Nope not good enough reasons. Esp when you can get a 3 bed 3 storey villa for just over 100K

Um, I doubt you can get a big villa for just over 100 grand anywhere near JLTs.

No not down there. But that's what I pay for my villa.

That may be but if you moved out what do you think the owner would rent it for? ie. how long ago did you get it?

i will be renting initially for a min of 6 months but will be looking to purchase also prob off plan to get the best deal
