The Movenpick is not a landmark development. It's a nice run of the mill hotel. The rooms are small and the pool is nothing startling. The hotel has no beach access either. The staff are very friendly which is nice.

Can you please specify the location of the Movenpick 5 Star Hotel? There are many hotels in Dubai in the major key areas of Dubai (Jebel Ali, Deira, Bur Dubai & Dubai Marina)

It's on the Walk at JBR. I often go to their sports bar to watch football and meet friends. It's a nice place with friendly staff but I don't think you could describe it as a landmark development.
