We are a small friendly family, living in a premium building in Bur Dubai, behind Bur Juman. We have a spacious furnished room for a single (decent!!) pref female executive.

Details included in the rent:

* Furnished well with new furniture
* Incl TV with cable (however no Fox sports)
* The bathroom is just outside the room and shared with one very clean French lady. The bath is serviced daily. When the French lady leaves (after two months), the bath will be for your sole use, as we will not be letting out her room anymore.
* The kitchen can be used if you are a lady. For Gents we would prefer someone who had minimal kitchen use.
* Building has swimming pool and gym which can be used
* 24 hours security in this building.
* Wireless high speet internet
* Water and Electricity included

Immaculate building and apartment.

Rent: AED3,500 - incl daily clean of the room (brush, mop, dusting), if not AED3,400, payable monthly.

Once bathroom is not shared anymore, the rent will be AED3,600 (excl clean of room/bath).

This is available from 15th March.

Note: We have a pre-schooler and an infant

If rent is paid for 6 months is a go, (that's how we make our payments), we can offer some dirhams off!

As you will be sharing with a family - family norms to be maintained. Also, NO SMOKING Permitted in the apartment - not even outside the window, due to severe allergy.
