^ fair enough - you are entitled to your opinion.

I even have direct properties in D1 Tower, Culture Village - great investment place- below the market price, in Remraam, Townhouses in JV, full floors etc...

Let me know what you are looking for and i will get it for you.

These are all on the "to be completed list".

Thanks Chocoholic but I'm not interested in DAMAC. Only Nakheel & Emaar.

Dubai Marina is still the best part to invest, since it will became and it already is the most attractive area and there are still not completed developments. I prefer more Greens/Views/Links (Personally like it more then Marina) but all developments are finished.

Also, these areas people generally prefer more and in case of real estate price crises in the future you will sell them easier then developments from others.

MJ, are you looking for off-plan property? If you are, i think it will be difficult to find one in Dubai Marina/Greens/Views etc as all the developments are more or less completed... If you are interested, I have some ready to move in properties (Emaar etc..) in Dubai Marina for you to rent them out.

JLT will be a safer and better option, if you are looking for off-plan property.

Let me know of your interest.

Thats quite funny as I met with them before deciding to rent. They actually made my mind up NOT to buy. They are located in the same building as me in Canary Wharf, the chap was explaining net to worth and rental income, but nothing was available until 2010.

End of discussion for me.

He's not stating an opinion.

How many properties has Damac sold off plan? About 80.
How many have been completed? About 2.
Many developments in Dubai are delayed 6 months to 1 year. But for Damac or Nakheel it's more like 2-3 years.

Look up the Damac Palm Springs development for a typical example.

Bonk is totally correct.

But correct me if i am wrong, the only 2 completed Damac developments in the marina are Marina Terrace and The Waves.
