Air ticket?

Is providing annual air ticket mandatory as per UAE law or is it just hte medical insurance? Also how many sick leave are the employees entitled per year apart from the annual vacation?

Any experienced HR person please enlighten me!

Lot of ads in appointments section in paper ask for western and british educated candidates. Dont limit your search to customer service alone, instead widen it to include areas like admin, secretarial etc. Try finishing some course related to these areas. I am not sure about your wife's job. though ...

I see most of the people here skip breakfast either due to lack of time or just laziness.

Try the 'International Languages Institute' on the road which goes from kuwaiti roundabout towards industrial area (think its sh. zayed road)

If you go from Jesco it will come on the left side after some 5 mts drive.
