That being said I have many local friends and have very good relations from Sharjah urban planning to AD Military, the one who are good at their jobs accept that government is spoiling the new graduates by paying em huge amount of money instead of working hard and earning it.

As I said earlier, Expats from different parts of the world are part of the ongoing development in the country,Their contribution is highly apprecaited, They are paid good and get good experience which qualify them to work in other countries or back in their home land, Exceptional cases happens in all countries including homless people in the streets of London, NewYork, and Paris, So can you say all the people are poor at these countries!!!
Again I will explain the same point, because some idiots dont want to get it, The cost of living in UAE is much Higher than some other Asian countires, example, To build a house in UAE, you will pay minimum 1 Million , In other countries 100 k build the same house, So a UAE National who gets 30 k is equal to the other worker who gets 3 k.
