PABX is a program where can use in telephone line having lots of extensions / locals.

hi,
its a hardware for using few land telephone lines and exchange it between many internal line, (PBX, PABX and EPABX) its all doin the same work with different technologies.
usualy there is an operation set (special telephon) use to transfer the calls from the incoming and outgoing calls.
