Chiccats you are not subscribed to any mailing lists.
The only messages you can receive from Dubai forums are announcements when someone replies you topics which you can turn of in your profile, and announcements by my which happens very very seldom.

you must have subscribed on several topics here that keeps on sending you notices everytime someone made a reply.those are not spams.
