Its sooooooooooo strange...
They sometimes block Picasa as well...
I suffered a lot from that...
I guess its cuz some ppl use these programs to post unethical shots on their blogs or whatever sites they've got... so I assume blocking the whole program makes it easier for them, than looking for the bad sites ONLY and then blocking them...
Anyhow, I really don't know why, but all I can tell you is that right now Picasa-Hello isn't blocked, so u can use it....
