Hi All,
I am a new memeber to the Dubai Forums..
I have been offered a job and am looking to move in Jan 2009. My employer is paying for my first months accoumadation, but after then its down to me to find somewhere to live.
I was hopeing some of you may be able to give me some advise?
I have been told the Marina area is a good place to life and would be about a 15 minute drive to my offcie.
I would be looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in the region of £2000 p/m. Can you advise if rentals come with bills included or are these general paid by the tenanets? Could you advise a guide to what the other charges might be for e.g. Air Con / Elec & Water, Sky TV etc....
Do many renatals have gym's in them are are gyms general something outside of this?
Any help would be much appreciated.

That is about AED 11,500, you wouldn't even get a 1 bed for that I'm afraid.. a typical 2 bed unfurnished in The marina is now more than AED 200,000 a year and you would have to pay it upfront. If you took a monthly furnished with all bills included it would be in the region of AED 25,000 a month.
