Good value made-to-measure shirts at Kachins in Bur Dubai. Phone 04-3521386. HUge range of shirt fabrics or they will make up your own material just charging for labour.
Not sure what you mean by cheap but they are good value for made-to-measure.

Sorry! I see you meant t-shirts! Splash is good and cheap with a big range. Their 'Retro' label tees are good for style.They're at Centre Point in Bur Dubai, also now I think in some malls.
