Dear All,
Could someone help me sort out the mystery of getting UAE visa. I am an Indian national (holding indian passport) and am working in Russia. I am planning to visit Dubai for a holiday and contacted Russian Travel Agents, they say that they cannot apply for my UAE visa as I am not a russian national. I contacted Dubai Embassy in Moscow, they just didn't replied anything and said to contact local travel agent. Then I contacted Dubai Tourism, they also said to contact local travel agent. I am really shocked to have such an exxperience. UAE is flourishing like anything and the government is supporting business, investment, etc but why suhc problem is been faced by people and the rude behaviour of the embassy people. Its really a shame for the UAE government. I even contacted Indian travel agents, they say they cannot apply for my visa as I live in Russia.
Can someone guide me how I can solve this mystery. After all this, I don't want to visit such a country but now I want to visit to see how such a country is flourishing.

I think these are the options for you (embassies won't help).
Tourist Visa - from airline or tourist agency (try Emirates Airlines)
Visit Visa - if you have relative in Dubai
Conference Visa - might be a possiblity, sorry I don't know procedure.
