From London to Dubai
Hello everyone,
I'm moving to Dubai in December, not sure whether it's best to buy a property or rent for the 1st year? I've been told interest rates have risen to 9% so a tad sceptical at this stage...
Also, where do singles hang out, is there any main hotspots to meet people? What's the best night and location to party?
I'm moving with 2 other couples from the Uk who are practically settling down, so I'm the solo singleton at the mo..
Any suggestions would be welcome..

Rent for your first year for sure. There will be a bunch of properties that will complete in the next year and your choices will be more as well as hopefully the prices might be a bit lower.
As for singles and where they party pick you copy of and you will usually know whats hot that week :D
