Old fashioned solutions....ice pack.....cold shower....otherwise just stay inside air conditioned house...too hot to swim in the sea at 38cs in the summer.....anyone know of a hotel that has a cold pool for the summer - might be able to stay out for longer..??

im feeling the heat too now, been here for 4 months but its not as bad as i thought...yet.
luckily my pool is not heated. ever, so it should provide my ice pack when it hits 40!
