i am australian chinese. i was born in HK and speak cantonese. My family moved to sydney 14 years ago.
i just need some experts' advices on a lot of topics e.g. accomodation, life style, work culture...etc. I have never been there but was offered a position to work for one of the biggest property developers over there. i just want to know more and get myself ready for the challenge. thanks

Ok! Very detailed information...
For accomodation, I think it is the hardest thing in Dubai, because u have to know how expensive it is and how difficult to find it. Of couse, except your have a big budget to it.
For lifestyle, I am sure u can experience various lifestyle because Dubai is a multi-nationality city(country). For things what u want, u can find them here. I am also sure that u know the weather in Dubai and already prepare for it.
For work culture, no matter how open it is, Dubai is still a Muslim country. U must be patient to deal with governmental section and the locals. Do not complain, it is theirs way. "Do in Rome as Rome does"
Anyhow, u r lucky as u get a job before u come here. And good luck...
The above information is just in my personal opinion.
