I've been lurking aroud the forums for a few weeks & just wanted to say thanks for all of the advice that is on there. For the record I'm a male 48 year old, married with 2 kids - 21 & 18. My 18 year old son is at college in the USA on a football (soccer) scholarship. My wife & 21 year old daughter will relocate in January once I have found my feet. My wife is a PA secretary & my daughter is in childcare at a private kindergarten in the UK. I'm sure that they will both get good jobs in Dubai. Anyway - I'm really looking to moving out to Dubai, it's a really big step but I feel that it is a tremendous opportunity.
