hey all, I've lived in Dubai most of my life growing up, and i left in 2002 to Canada to get my BA....I'm almost done here...graduated just getting some Canadian work experience and hopefully moving back once i get rib of my pot smoking habit ;P ...from what i recall you get 4 frekin years for that down there..... anywayz Dubai changes pretty fast so i'm sure the places i use to hang out back then are dead by now.... so anyone wanna give any tips on where you can get a fairly priced beer and network with people (not with hookers ...lol)

Some have arisen again. The Lodge, Fibber MaGees. Plenty of new places too. Beer expensive anywhere though, 25-30 dhs for a pint.
