Cold? You mean the people? just joking :lol:. So far It's been great for me. got myself a job for an engineering company in Internet City in just 4 days after I arrived. I got lucky I guess. :lol:
I never realized that I'd have a problem with hot tap water though until I tried taking a bath here for the first time. Ouch! :oops: And I complain about how hot it is during summer in the Philippines...

LOL :lol: Im gonna give you a tip, I got this from my husby:
Since your not turning the heater on, try to open the hot water knob and a refreshing not so cold water should come out. It will be coming from the little tank of your bathroom or something.
If it doesnt work...try it the old fashioned way...timba or batya! :lol:
