You're right BiCE is great. It used to be one of my favourite restaurants, the food is top class but the prices are absolutely stupid so I don't go there anymore

Why don't you place an ad in the gulf news. You can get their number from the directory service (dial 181). There are a lot of people looking for jobs in the uae at the moment, I am sure you will get lots of applicants. Oh and the ad will be free!
