How are we all going? My name is Daniel and I am 17 years old from Melbourne, Australia. I went overseas in August to catch up with my brothers who both live in Northern Europe.
A month overseas was a bit too long for me and I started to get a bit homesick around late in the third week when we were in Germany, and my mum really wanted to see Rome so I was locked into at least another week away from home and then a stop over in Dubai [<33]. Anyway, I sucked it up and made the most of my time in Rome, but at the time I was thinking of the up-coming three day stopover in Dubai as just another three days away from home.
We arrived in Dubai at about midnight and it was really hot. I was very eager to get home [but wasn't gonna tell my family that]. That is until the next day when we went on a bus tour of Dubai!! :wink: It was soo awesome. And I can't wait to get back there, hopefully, someday!!! [Maybe even permanantly, you never know. :D ]
Anyway, thanks for listening. I hope to learn very much about a very awesome city here!
