Hi!
I have just been in Dubai for a month now, and am feeling rather homesick and lonely. Wife and children are back home, and they don't want to come over, she says she got a better quality of live back home and I agree to that. Anyway, if she comes with the children, I don't think I can save any money.
Yeah, despite my userid, I am a guy. Shewla is a character from a book.
Anyway, is there a website listing of Dubai social events, maybe a book club, writer's club, otaku or something? Somewhere I can meet like minded people. The ones that I find are, well not what I have in mind.

Not sure of those types of clubs, but I'm sure 200 different people will give you 1000-page listings of all the nightclubs around here.
