I only have very basic knowledge of Croation, but it says what it says. Hrvati (Croatian people) u (in) Dubai-ju (Dubai). nick name (nick name) molim (please).
I've searched and haven't found any Croation language forums for Dubai. It's not sinister or harmful, let them be!
I'm sure I've seen postings in Arabic, Urdu, Hindi etc.. on this website as well. No harm in that. It's just a bit of 'home' isn't it?! :)
